The idea behind CampusFeedback started when our founder, Eric Goodwin, was touring college campuses with his children back in 2007-2010. At the time his company, Goodwin Hospitality, had recently expanded into a national provider of secret shopping services for the hospitality industry. As a relative outsider, he viewed the entire educational experience, beginning with the admissions process, as an opportunity to be measured and benchmarked using the secret shopper model, to help institutions stay in tune with their students in a different way. After conducting some market research, it became evident that this type of service was not being utilized and so the CampusFeedback journey began. Since then, we have added other feedback collection tools to the portfolio, including surveys and focus groups.
Here at CampusFeedback, we are passionate about two things: measuring experiences and building lasting relationships. Based on our data-collection experience, we are able to offer our clients a one-stop shop for objectively analyzing interactions with any and all constituent groups. We pride ourselves on our “a la carte” model and flexible client agreements. In an increasingly-competitive higher education market, we are here as a true partner to proactively navigate the challenges of today and tomorrow.
CampusFeedback intends to grow and build one relationship at a time. We have the ability to work with any and all departments within an educational organization. Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us to learn more about the variety of ways that we may be able to help your institution to collect better feedback. “What gets measured, gets done!”
